The Tugger is a line tensionser that, when used in conjunction with a cleat or block, gives the sailor nearly a 3 to 1 mechanical advantage. The Tugger can be used to snug up jib halyards, main halyards, downhauls and outhauls. High density polyethylene gives the Tugger high strength, and a low coefficient of friction so as to reduce line wear and drag. Requires no tools for installation. Handles 3/8” or 1/4” lines.
